PDFs
PDF stands for Portable
Document Format, a format developed by Adobe to easily trade documents between
different kinds of computers and over the internet. Documents saved as PDFs are
considerably smaller in file size than the originals, but retain the original
typefaces, colors, and images.
To view and print PDFs on your computer, you need the free Adobe Acrobat Plug-In installed for your particular web browser.
The plug-in installer can be downloaded from Adobe. Follow Adobe's instuctions for installation.
